Report Spam or Abuse
What Happens Next?
- Report Review: Our team will review your report within 24-48 hours
- Investigation: We will investigate the reported issue and take appropriate action
- Follow-up: You may receive a follow-up email confirming we've received your report
- Resolution: We will work to resolve the issue and prevent future occurrences
Please note: We can only take action on communications that were actually sent by us or our authorized partners. If you received spam from someone impersonating Apex Boost, we recommend also reporting it to your email provider and relevant authorities.
Immediate Actions You Can Take
For Email Spam:
- Mark the email as spam in your email client
- Do not click any links or download attachments
- Report to your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)
- Forward spam emails to spam@uce.gov (FTC)
For SMS Spam:
- Do not reply or click any links
- Forward spam texts to 7726 (SPAM)
- Block the sender's number
- Report to your mobile carrier
For Phone Spam:
- Do not provide personal information
- Hang up immediately
- Add the number to your blocked list
- Report to the National Do Not Call Registry
Legitimate Communications from Apex Boost
Legitimate communications from Apex Boost will:
- Come from official @useapexlabs.com email addresses
- Include proper unsubscribe links that work
- Only be sent to people who opted in or made purchases
- Include our legitimate business address and contact information
- Never ask for sensitive information like passwords or full credit card numbers
